What You Will Be Doing
Perform routine maintenance and repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
Inspect and troubleshoot issues to ensure all accommodation facilities are in perfect condition.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests to uphold guest comfort and satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of safety and functionality.
Assist in preventive maintenance schedules to minimize disruptions.
Contribute to creating a luxurious and seamless experience for all guests.
Qualifications
1 to 2 years of prior experience.
Diploma / Relevant degree.
Strong interpersonal andproblem-solvingabilities.
Ability to enhance organizational performance, clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities.
Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.
Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset.
