Academic Advisor Jobs in Dubai at Sonz and Marz
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized academic counseling and career guidance to prospective students and their families.
Understand student aspirations and recommend appropriate academic programs and universities that align with their interests, qualifications, and career goals.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to successful enrollment.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
Organize and represent Eduwing Education at education fairs, webinars, seminars, and other promotional events.
Maintain and update student records, communication logs, and sales activities in CRM software.
Stay informed about international education trends, university admissions processes, visa requirements, and scholarship opportunities.
Provide end-to-end support to students during the application process, including document preparation, submission, and interview preparation.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
1-5 years of experience in academic advising, student recruitment, or sales (preferably in the education consultancy sector).
Proven ability to achieve and surpass sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of international education systems, universities, and visa regulations.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively with a multicultural team and a diverse student population.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) is an added advantage.
