Job Overview : We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AC Technician to join our maintenance team. The AC Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in HVAC systems and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
:
Install new air conditioning systems and equipment.
Inspect and manage the installation of HVAC systems to ensure proper installation and compliance with codes.
Maintenance and Repair :
Perform routine maintenance on air conditioning systems.
Diagnose and repair any issues within the HVAC systems, including leaks, faulty components, and blockages.
Replace or repair defective parts in a timely and efficient manner.
System Testing :
Test systems for proper functioning after installation, maintenance, or repair.
Ensure that systems are compliant with industry standards and local regulations.
Customer Service and Communication :
Provide high-quality customer service, including clear communication about maintenance schedules, system issues, and repairs.
Offer advice and recommendations for system improvements and energy conservation.
Documentation :
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
Prepare and submit documentation of systems performance, including energy use and forecasted system needs.
