Job Description:
India Metro Hypermarket is looking for a Purchase Assistant to join our team in Dubai! This role is ideal for freshers who want to start their career in procurement and supply chain management.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Help in preparing purchase orders and processing invoices.
Track inventory levels and assist with restocking products.
Maintain records of purchase transactions and assist in data entry.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
Support the procurement team with administrative tasks and reporting.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry and tracking.
Immediate joiner preferred – candidates who can start immediately are encouraged to apply.
Female candidates only.
Must be available for night shifts (8:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
