A/C Technician Jobs in Sharjah at GECO Mechanical and Electrical
We are looking for an experienced Senior Tekla Modeler with relevant UAE experiences to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and analyzing steel structures, ensuring alignment with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Structural Design:
Design and analyze steel structures, including buildings, bridges, towers, and other infrastructure.
Develop detailed structural drawings and specifications using TEKLA software.
Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., AISC, Eurocode, DM)
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineers to integrate structural designs with other project elements.
Participate in project meetings to provide technical insights and address design-related queries.
Analysis and Calculations:
Perform structural analysis using software tools
Conduct load calculations, stress analysis, and other necessary evaluations to ensure structural integrity.
Quality Assurance:
Review and approve design documents and drawings for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure designs are optimized for cost, constructability, and sustainability.
Site Support:
Provide technical support during construction, including resolving design issues and conducting site inspections.
Ensure construction adheres to design specifications and quality standards.
Documentation:
Prepare technical reports, design calculations, and other documentation required for project approval and construction.
Maintain accurate records of design changes and project progress.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience earned from steel fabrication company.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in TEKLA software.
Strong understanding of relevant codes and standards (e.g., AISC, Eurocode).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
