A/C Technician Jobs in Dubai at Delta Point Technical Works
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of AC/HVAC systems.
- Attend AC breakdowns, complaints and emergency maintenance calls.
- Carry out AC servicing, cleaning and basic troubleshooting.
- Assist with refrigerant charging, leak checking and HVAC equipment maintenance.
- Check AC units, compressors, motors, capacitors, thermostats and electrical controls.
- Carry out regular PPM activities as per the maintenance schedule.
- Attend general FM maintenance complaints.
- Assist with basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical and civil maintenance works.
- Attend minor plumbing and water leakage complaints.
- Assist with lighting, switches, sockets and other minor electrical works.
- Assist in pump, motor and other mechanical equipment maintenance.
- Carry out minor handyman, fixing, drilling, sealing and painting works.
- Support other maintenance teams whenever required.
- Conduct site inspections and report defects or abnormalities.
- Complete work orders and maintenance activities as instructed by the Supervisor/Engineer.
- Maintain tools and work areas properly.
- Follow company, client and HSE safety procedures.
- Perform other FM-related duties assigned by the Supervisor/Engineer.
Candidate Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electrical, Mechanical or related technical field is preferred.
- Candidates with UAE or other GCC Facilities Management experience will have an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and work in a Facilities Management environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- UAE driving licence is an advantage.
