Monitor clients’ progress over time, adjusting workout plans as needed to ensure continued improvement.
Maintain open communication with clients to address any questions, concerns, or challenges they may encounter.
Keep up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, research, and industry developments to continually enhance service delivery.
Ensure equipment is properly set up and maintained for safe use during training sessions.
Adhere to professional standards and ethics, including confidentiality and respect for clients’ privacy.
