Job Summary
Fandah Technical Services LLC is looking for a skilled and reliable AC Technician to join our maintenance team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air-conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of AC/HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in AC units.
- Service and maintain split, ducted, package, and other HVAC systems.
- Perform cleaning of filters, coils, drain lines, and other AC components.
- Handle refrigerant leak detection, gas charging, and recovery when required.
- Replace faulty components such as compressors, capacitors, fan motors, contactors, thermostats, and PCBs.
- Attend tenant and customer maintenance requests promptly.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance work, parts used, and repairs completed.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain tools and equipment properly.
- Coordinate with the MEP team and report major faults or replacement requirements to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience as an AC/HVAC Technician.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of AC servicing, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and a responsible attitude.
- ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or a related field is preferred.
- UAE Driving Licence is an advantage.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
