As a Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing civil construction projects, particularly in the context of high-rise towers. Responsibilities:
Project Management and Coordination:
Manage different aspects of high-rise tower construction projects.
Supervise crew members, ensuring adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
Prepare accurate estimates for time and material costs.
Monitor project progress and quality assurance.
Technical Expertise:
Provide technical advice and suggestions for improvement on specific projects.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues as required.
Authorize technical drawings and engineering plans related to high-rise structures.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree: Hold a degree in engineering.
Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, especially with high-rise tower projects.
Additional Certifications: Dubai Municipality licenses may be required.
Engineering Knowledge: Sound understanding of engineering principles, construction techniques, and design.
Leadership Skills: Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Analytical Thinking: Apply logical and critical thinking skills to complex projects.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to changing project requirements.
Dubai Municipality License: G+4 mandatory
