Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation.
Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries effectively.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
2+ years of experience in telesales, sales, or a similar role.
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work in a flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends if required.
A team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
