We are looking for a friendly and professional Restaurant Receptionist (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude
Manage reservations and seating arrangements
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
Coordinate with the restaurant staff to ensure seamless service
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk
Handle customer concerns and provide solutions promptly
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist, host/hostess, or in a similar customer-facing role (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in handling reservation systems is a plus
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Salary Range: 1800 AED – 2800 AED
Miniumum Experience 1 year
Visa + Medical Insurance Provided
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 – AED2,800.00 per month
