Halian is growing and we’re looking for an experienced 360 Technology Contract Recruitment Consultant to join our team and build our European technology contract market.
You’ll own the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, winning new business, managing client relationships, sourcing technology contractors, closing placements, and growing your accounts.
You’ll focus across key European markets including Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, France and Switzerland, working with leading organisations across technology, digital transformation and consulting.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years’ experience in technology recruitment
- Strong contract recruitment experience
- Proven 360 recruitment and business development track record
- Experience recruiting across European technology markets
- Commercially driven, resilient and target-focused
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
