TAWREED is looking for a dynamic and results-driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
✅ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
✅ Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
✅ Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates across various industries.
✅ Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a seamless hiring process.
✅ Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business growth.
✅ Monitor market trends and provide recruitment insights and workforce solutions.
✅ Ensure a high level of client and candidate satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
3–4 years of experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant or in a similar recruitment role.
Proven experience in client management and end-to-end recruitment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a fast-paced environment.
UAE recruitment experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
