Commis I– Hot Kitchen – Arabic Cuisine
Previous experiences in 4/5* hotel/ resort
Only Arabic/ Grill is preferable.
Professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course.
Excellent Culinary skills and Experience in Hot Kitchen.
HACCP knowledge
Good communication skills
Proven track of food preparation, presentation and preservation knowledge is essential
