Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented 2D Draftsman with strong experience in interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and layout plans in coordination with the design and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, shop drawings, and fit-out layouts
- Develop drawings for, Joinery works, Ceiling layouts, Partition details, Flooring and furniture layouts
- Review and interpret design concepts, sketches, and specifications
- Coordinate with interior designers, engineers, and project teams
- Revise drawings based on client comments and site requirements
- Prepare accurate as-built drawings after project completion
- Ensure all drawings comply with project standards and local regulations
- Maintain proper drawing records and document control
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture/Interior Design/or related field
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a 2D Draftsman
- Mandatory experience in interior design / fit-out projects
- GCC/Qatar experience is preferred
Skills & Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of, Interior detailing, Joinery drawings, Shop drawings, Fit-out execution drawings
- Familiarity with materials, finishes, and construction methods
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
