Job Summary: We are looking for Trustable and proactive Office Boy to join our team. needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain all office areas, including meeting rooms, office cabins and kitchen.
Empty and change garbage bins regularly throughout the office.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to staff and visitors as needed.
Visit banks for cheque deposits
Collect & deliver documents from clients
Monitor the stock levels of essential office supplies and place orders as required.
Ensure the office premises are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Handle any other tasks as assigned by the office management team.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Able to read and write English
Good communication skills and ability to interact with staff and visitors.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 – AED2,000.00 per month
