The Amazon University Talent Acquisition Team is looking for ambitious students to join us as a Program Manager Intern, working in one of our core businesses, including Retail, Amazon Vendor Services, Merchant Services, Prime Video, Prime Now, Amazon Fresh, and Amazon Advertising.

The Amazon EMEA University Talent Acquisition Team is looking for ambitious graduates to join us at the heart of our core Consumer business. As a Program Manager Graduate you will join one of our business intelligence, retail, or seller services teams. The role provides an opportunity to understand Amazon business and processes, enhance analytical skills, and make significant business impact.
A day in the life
As an intern, you will be matched to a mentor.
In addition to learning about an impactful project, you will have the

interns throughout your internship. No matter the location of your internship,

Basic Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or will receive a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a graduation date between June 2026 and December 2027
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, management, economics, e-commerce, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or related field
Fluent written and verbal communication in English
Available to commence a 12-month internship, with 3 months full-time and 9 months part-time
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent communications and presentation skills
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Results-driven focus with analytical capability
Ability to innovate and simplify current processes and practices
Strong direct sales skills and a proven track record of performance
Experience working with clients
High affinity towards data and technology with ability to dive deep and analyze opportunities and processes
