JOB REQUIREMENTS：
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- RICs accreditation is considered an advantage.
- · Minimum 10 years of construction industry experience in the UAE.
- At least 5-8 years of experience as a Tender Estimator.
- Proven experience in housing project and inhigh-rise buildings.
- · UAE/GCC construction and tendering experience preferred.
- Prepare cost estimates, quantity take-offs, tender pricing, and bid submissions
- Analyze tender documents and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Support commercial and tendering activities for construction projects
