Job Overview:

We are looking for a Human Resources Officer to join our team and support daily HR operations efficiently and professionally. The role plays a key part in ensuring a well-organized and compliant work environment that aligns with the company’s goals.

Responsibilities:

Handle recruitment processes from job posting to hiring.

Maintain and update employee records and files.

Implement internal HR policies and ensure compliance with Saudi labor law.

Prepare and monitor attendance, leave, and payroll-related reports.

Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support.

Contribute to improving workplace culture and employee experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR role.

Good knowledge of Saudi labor law and GOSI procedures.

Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Jisr, ZenHR).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
