We’re hiring a Sales & Marketing Consultant (10+ years experience) to drive measurable growth and revenue in a SaaS environment by optimizing the end-to-end sales and marketing engine.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the sales and marketing strategy to accelerate growth and revenue.
- Audit current channels and optimize lead generation and conversion funnels.
- Define KPIs and deliver performance reporting (Pipeline, CAC, LTV, Conversion, ROAS) with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with leadership and product teams on positioning, pricing, and campaign plans.
- Coach and upskill Sales/Marketing teams to improve execution, productivity, and performance.
- Support partnership development and expand B2B acquisition channels.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to build measurable growth strategies and manage full-funnel performance.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with hands-on performance management experience.
- Solid understanding of the Saudi market and the tech/SaaS landscape.
- Experience building teams from scratch and/or restructuring sales and marketing functions.
- Strong experience in partnerships and indirect sales channels.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and marketing automation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver clear, execution-ready recommendations.
