Role Description This is a full-time, on-site مدرب تصميم داخلي (Interior Design Trainer) role based in Riyadh. The trainer will deliver classroom and studio-based lessons in interior design, using both theoretical and practical approaches aligned with institute standards. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching materials, and hands-on projects; guiding learners through design processes from concept development to presentation. The role involves assessing learner performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate training records. The trainer will collaborate with other staff to improve curricula, ensure industry relevance, and support learners’ professional development.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Training skills, with experience facilitating adult or vocational education in interior design or related fields.
• Candidates should possess Curriculum Development and Instructional Design skills to create structured, outcomes-based training materials and projects.
• Candidates should possess Design Thinking skills to guide learners through creative problem-solving, user-centered design, and innovative interior design solutions.
• Relevant academic background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related discipline (diploma or bachelor’s degree) is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in Arabic; English communication skills are an advantage.
• Strong classroom management, mentorship, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching.
• Familiarity with industry-standard interior design tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, 3D modeling software) is beneficial.
• Previous experience in professional interior design practice and vocational or technical training environments is a plus.
