We are looking for a Senior Content Creator who understands marketing before content. Someone who can transform business objectives into creative ideas, build structured content plans, and lead content production from concept to execution.
This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with marketing objectives.
- Build monthly content strategies and content calendars.
- Research industries, competitors, and target audiences.
- Write creative briefs, scripts, and video concepts.
- Prepare production documents and shooting plans.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative campaign ideas.
- Attend content shoots and ensure creative execution matches the approved concept.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams.
- Write captions, campaign copy, and social media content.
- Review content before publishing to ensure quality and consistency.
- Analyze content performance and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated with digital trends while adapting them to each brand's identity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
- Previous experience in a marketing or creative agency is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content marketing.
- Excellent storytelling and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to write scripts and creative concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
