Job Title: Cybersecurity Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking an Cybersecurity Specialist to protect and manage our organization’s IT infrastructure in compliance with the NCA framework. The role involves securing the network, servers, cloud and ERP systems, implementing core cybersecurity tools, and providing IT support when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and secure network infrastructure, servers, firewalls, routers, switches, and related systems.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity tools including EDR, SIEM, anti-virus, DLP, and vulnerability management solutions.
• Protect cloud environments (Azure) and ERP systems from security threats.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and security audits following the NCA framework.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents, coordinating remediation efforts.
• Maintain access controls, user permissions, and identity management across network, servers, cloud, and ERP systems.
• Provide IT support for users, troubleshooting network, server, system, and security issues.
• Develop Incident Response Plan and document incidents, policy exceptions, and system changes; maintain security reporting.
• Support the development and enforcement of information security policies, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in information security, network/server management, or IT support.
• Knowledge of the NCA cybersecurity framework and Saudi regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with EDR, SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP, servers, vulnerability scanners, and endpoint security.
• Experience securing cloud environments (Azure) and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, VPNs, servers, and identity management.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• ISC² CC, CompTIA Security+, CCNA.
