Role Description
We are looking for a full‑time Sales Specialist (Gold Seller) on site at our new branch in Jeddah. The Gold Seller will assist customers in purchasing jewelry and gold bullion, provide product information, handle sales transactions efficiently, and ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the branch manager in achieving the required sales target.
- Selling and purchasing gold to customers.
- Welcoming customers inside the branch, showcasing the company’s products, and meeting their needs.
- Arranging and organizing merchandise within the branch.
- Creating sales and purchase invoices, and handling receipts and disbursements through the system.
- Ensuring the merchandise is secure within the branch and preventing any shortages.
- Assisting the branch manager in reconciling gold inventories.
- Helping the branch manager in rotating and relocating merchandise within the branch.
- Assisting the branch manager in semi‑annual and annual inventory checks and reorganizing merchandise in the branch afterward.
- Performing any other tasks related to daily work responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience of 2–5 years at jewelry, money exchange, or luxury retail.
- Located in Jeddah or nearby.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Sales and sales management experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Very good proficiency in Microsoft Office.
