Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional hair services including cutting, styling, and coloring
- Execute advanced techniques such as balayage, highlights, and creative coloring
- Provide keratin and protein treatments with precision and care
- Recommend suitable hairstyles, treatments, and products to clients
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the workstation
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience as a professional hair stylist
- Strong expertise in:
- Keratin treatments
- Protein treatments
- Balayage and highlights
- Advanced cutting and coloring techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment
- Certification or relevant training in hair styling is preferred
