We're Hiring: CRM Support Product Owner – Salesforce

We are looking for an experienced CRM Support Product Owner to manage and support Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. This role will own CRM support, enhancements, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder engagement.

Location: Dubai Onsite

Experience: 5+ Years

Employment Type: Contract (1 Years and Renewable)

Immediate joining preferred- April 20th- Candidate needs to be onboarded

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day Salesforce CRM support operations

• Own Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud & Marketing Cloud

• Act as Product Owner for CRM backlog and enhancements

• Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests

• Prioritize requirements and coordinate with technical teams

• Work with business stakeholders for requirement gathering

• Oversee releases and platform improvements

• Ensure system stability and user adoption

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Salesforce CRM support experience

• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud

• Strong Product Owner / CRM support background

• Experience managing backlog and stakeholder communication

• Knowledge of CRM integrations and workflows

• Experience working in Agile environment

Preferred:

• Salesforce Admin Certification

• Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud certifications (good to have)

• Marketing Cloud knowledge

• Jira / ServiceNow exposure
