Location: United Arab Emirates — On-site role. This position requires hands-on execution and collaboration with consulting teams and client stakeholders in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns (paid search, paid social, display, and email) to meet lead-generation and revenue targets.
- Manage paid media accounts (Google Ads, Meta) including bid strategies, audience targeting, creative testing, and budget pacing.
- Drive organic growth through on-page and technical SEO: keyword research, content optimisation, and backlink strategy coordination.
- Implement tracking and tagging (Google Tag Manager, GA4) and build dashboards (Looker Studio) to monitor KPIs and campaign ROI.
- Create and optimise conversion funnels: landing pages, A/B tests, and CRO tactics in collaboration with design and product teams.
- Produce weekly/monthly performance reports, present insights to stakeholders, and recommend data-driven improvements.
